Flower Crown Tutorial

Recently, I planned a photo session with my daughter and her best friend. I love flower crowns and I really wanted these photos to be super sweet and include them. During my search for flower crowns, I seen how expensive they were and I really didn’t want to spend a lot of money on something that the girls would probably only wear one time.
Since I didn’t want to spend a lot of money, I decided to make them myself. It really isn’t that hard to do at all. The hardest part of the project I found to be was the floral tape and how sticky it would get. Other than that, it was a piece of cake. I’m sure you can use hot glue and just glue the flowers instead. I really didn’t want to deal with hot glue and I feel the floral tape makes an overall cleaner job and appearance.
I really love how they turned out. I used 4 different faux flowers from Hobby Lobby, 18″ floral stem wire, floral tape and ribbon. You can pretty much get all of those supplies from the dollar store as well and make it even more budget friendly. Below I have a video tutorial showing you how I made these. Don’t forget to like, share and subscribe.
