My gosh these unicorn poop meringue cookies are too adorable.  They are the perfect light treat because they are delicious and low calorie.  These can be made for any occasion and not just for a unicorn party.

These meringue cookies are light, airy and have a nice crunch when you bite into them.  You can make these in any color to match your party.

Unicorn Poop Meringue Cookies


Course Dessert
Prep Time 20 minutes
Cook Time 45 minutes
Total Time 1 hour 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites Room Temperature
  • 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • food coloring
  • optional: cake sprinkles

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven 225°F

    2. Beat on medium speed 4 egg whites until foamy/frothy. 

    3. Add in cream of tartar and mix on medium speed until soft peaks form.

    4. Add in sugar, 1 tbsp at a time, mix until sugar dissolves and is no longer grainy and mixture forms stiff peaks.

    5. Mix in vanilla extract, pinch of salt and food coloring.

    6. Pipe or drop bite sized mixture with a spoon onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Optional: Top with sprinkles.

    7. Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes. Turn off oven and allow to cool in oven for 1 hour or until cooled completely.

This Easter DIY floral bunny headband turned out even more adorable than I had imagined. The flowers make it really chic and the gold bunny ears make it pretty elegant.  This piece can be made using silver, gold or copper craft wire for the bunny ears and with your favorite colored flowers.

I just love how the light pink, white and yellow flowers look together. It’ so Spring. By the way, this headband would look just as darling without the bunny ears.  I might just have to do another video tutorial doing just that.

Babies are adorable all on their own, but throw a super cute headband on her and let her be adorable in style.  This DIY tulle flower headband is so easy to make and totally fabulous.  Your little one can wear it anytime, special occasions and even birthday photos!

I made this tulle flower headband for the adorable Miss Nyla’s birthday photos.  I went all out for her photos as I made her mermaid birthday shirt, her matching tutu, the tissue paper flowers and the first birthday chalkboard.  I really love how everything turned out.  Let me know what you think in the comments.  If you want to see how easy it is to make then check out the video below.
